Author Biography
A lifelong resident of St. Paul, author Constance Van Hoven has spent many hours enjoying Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes, including Lake of the Woods, where she often goes fishing with her husband. Constance, who holds an MFA in Writing for Children from Vermont College, is “happy as a loon in June” that her first book is about the great state of Minnesota.
Minnesota native Mike Wohnoutka has illustrated more than 20 children's books, including This Is NOT a CAT! (Sterling) and MOO! (Bloomsbury), both written by David LaRochelle. Mike currently resides in Minneapolis. Visit him online at mikewohnoutka.com.
