Author Biography
Janet R. Matthews is Professor of Psychology at Loyola University New Orleans. She is the author of three books and more than 60 professional papers. She was Chair of the Louisiana State Board of Examiners of Psychologists, has sat on the American Psychological Association's (APA) Board of Directors, and served as Chair of numerous APA governance bodies.
Barry S. Anton is Distinguished Professor of Psychology at the University of Puget Sound and managing partner of Rainier Behavioral Health, a large multi-disciplinary mental health practice. He is the author of more than 50 scholarly articles and publications. A winner of several state and national awards for mental health advocacy, he is a fellow of APA, and was a member of the Board of Directors.
