Over the years, I have enjoyed entertaining and creative events all over the world, first with family gatherings before making it my career. There is no greater feeling or me than watching people enjoy themselves in each other's company. Seeing the joy in people coming together to celebrate brings me back to my happy place, in my grandparents' home.

Focusing on this purpose seeded by by grandmother, I created the concept of "Thoughtful Entertaining" to promote entertaining with love, compassion and acceptance. Not just entertaining guests, but providing them with an unforgettable, emotional and memorable experience. That is the essence of this book.

Entertaining with Purpose is filled with my experiences in entertaining with strategies, tips and recipes for you to create your own fabulous event. My hopes is that in sharing my knowledge for the past 20 years of catering, nutrition and wellness, design and event planning, you can be a more thoughtful host, too!!
