Author Biography
Dr. Anthony T. Kern is a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Air Force who has commanded KC-135 tankers and piloted B-1B bombers. Kern was the Chief of Cockpit Resource Management Plans and Programs at the USAF Air Education and Training Command. While there, he designed a training system that was adopted by the Air Force for use in human factors training.
