Author Biography
Dr. Samir Desai serves on the faculty of the Baylor College of Medicine in the Department of Medicine. He is an author and editor, having written ten books that together have sold over 100,000 copies worldwide. He is the coauthor of the popular 250 Biggest Mistakes 3rd Year Medical Students Make And How To Avoid Them, a book that shows students how to excel during the third year of medical school. Recently, he coauthored the book, "The Successful Match: 200 Rules to Succeed in the Residency Match," a book that helps applicants develop an approach that will lead to a successful residency match.
