Author Biography

Melissa Clark is a long-time culinary journalist. In addition to numerous articles featured in such publications as The New York Times, TimeOut New York, and Chocolatier, she is also the author of ten cookbooks. Clark was born and raised in New York City, where she still lives with her husband and cat.
