Summary

In the movie, "A Bug's Life" the character, Francis, was a male "lady bug". How crazy does that sound? Due to his appearance, he would often have to prove his manhood. Growing up around women influenced me "emotionally" to think like a woman would. At that time, I didn't think like a male man. I was more apt to process things based on how I "felt" emotionally. The way I reasoned was more typical of a woman than a man.My desire for writing this book is to give mothers of boys some insight into how not to raise their sons to be a "Momma's Boy". Some people are probably wondering, "What's wrong with that"? My definition of a Momma's Boy is a male who emotionally thinks responds and, in some cases, behaves like a female. In my experience, this behavior lays the foundation for boys to grow up and become men who find their significance in women. To the women who find themselves in these situations, this book is written to encourage you, that although you were never formally taught how to raise a boy. It's possible to educate yourself and elevate your "boy" IQ. To the men that read this and are able to identify with it, know there is hope that Momma's Boys can change. My hope is that you'll not allow your son to go through what many boys go through, simply because of either a lack of knowledge or the influence of your family's culture.
