Author Biography

Andrew West is a Lecturer in law at the University of Wales, Swansea, and specialises in Comparative Law Yvon Desdevises is Professor of Procedural Law and Honorary Dean at the Universite de Nantes, and has been a Visiting Fellow at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in London Alain Fenet is a Professor of Public law and European law at the Universite d'Evry Val d'Essonne Dominique Gaurier is a Lecturer at the Universite de Nantes, and specialises in Legal History and Comparative law Marie-Clet Heussaff is a Lecturer in Criminology and Criminal law at the Universite de Nantes Bruno Levy is a Lecturer at the Universite de Nantes, specialising in Public law
