Jennifer Katzinger is the former owner of the popular Seattle gluten-free and vegan Flying Apron Bakery (www.flyingapron.com), which she co-founded in 2002 (www.flyingapron.com). She is also the author of cookbooks like Flying Apron's Gluten-Free & Vegan Baking Book, Gluten-Free & Vegan Holidays, and Gluten-Free & Vegan Bread. She makes her home in Seattle, WA.
