Larry F. Jetmore, Ph. D., a 21 year veteran and former captain and commander of the Hartford, Connecticut, Police Department Investigative Services Bureau, has held a variety of patrol, investigative, management, and training commands throughout his career. He is director of the National Police Testing Service and has administered and created police promotional examinations for departments across the country. Dr. Jetmore received a doctorate in organizational development from the Union Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio; a master's degree in education and a bachelor's degree in business from Eastern Connecticut State University; and an associate degree in criminal justice from Manchester Community College.
